I wish I was able to remember both of the girls names that helped me in making an exchange. I accidentally bought the cross charm which was was too small for the necklace and exchanged it for the right/bigger size. Both girls were fantastic to work with and suuuuper friendly. I never fill out surveys unless completely satisfied so that should say a lot.
