Even though there was a wait list, my name was called rather fast. found what i was looking for and was done quickly.

I was expecting it to be very busy with it being the holiday season. But I was happy with the short wait I had from the time i signed in to the time I was helped. The associate was very helpful, she knew exactly where the charms I was looking for were located.

I’m highly satisfied with the customer service and high quality merchandise. Although that merchandise is priced due to the amazing quality that it provides, I wish there were cheaper options to gift someone who is starting off a bracelet (kind of like a starter set/package). Besides that I love the quality and customer service that pandora offers. i recently learned that they clean out bracelets for free in store and i loved that because i know that my bracelet will always stay cleaned if it is cleaner by them.

I purchased a ring which was too big in Italy. I live in Massapequa so I visited the store in the Massapequa mall. I was very dissatisfied with their attitude. So I visited the store at the Walt Whitman mall where they were excellent!! Never visiting the store in Massapequa again.
