I came in to shop for the promotion, it was easy to find everything I wanted in the store.

Jessica was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. She shows us several variation on how to wear the bracelet we purchase. We never felt pressured or rush to make a decision. She was very professional. She is a real asset to your company

The salesperson was really sweet and helpful. She was quick to help me as soon as I got in the store. And was able to help me find the perfect ring.

My daughter needed a specific ring as a gift. I was able to walk in the store, the associate greeted me, I told her what I needed, they had merchandise and I purchased they wrapped. Easiest purchase!

I went in for a birthday gift for my friends 40th birthday . I looked online before going into the store and had an idea of what I wanted . When I saw the bracelet I loved it but thought their may be a problem with sizing . The salesperson showed me a variety of brackets and I was able to pick out a different one that I loved .

Return process was easy. Sales associate was very helpful with recommendations.

I went into the store not knowing what I was looking for the sales woman Caroline was very nice and patient with me and took her time to show me everything I asked to see. She was very nice and engaging and is the reason I would shop there again
