As a man in the mall going Christmas shopping for my wife can be very overwhelming. I honestly picked the Walt Whitman Mall because it is smaller than other huge malls on Long Island. After walking through the mall feeling defeated and unsure of what to get my wife, I stopped into Pandora. I knew my wife isn't a fan of the bracelets and charms that go on them, but I figured I'd stop in anyway to the other options. A sales woman name Loray greeted me and put me at ease by showing me many other options that were beautiful and affordable. I never felt pressured to buy anything and she wasn't trying to put down the items I was looking at in order to sell a higher ticket item. Since my wife is expecting our first child, she showed me a necklace that inside we put charms of a baby boy and his initials. I was so pleased that I was able to get something specific for my wife that I know she'll love. Terrific customer service by Loray and I will definitely return to Pandora in the future.
