Quick and easy

My daughter is turning 21 and I live in Nassau County. All the stores were out of the charm. I called the Walt Whitman location and they had it! They held it for me. The offered me the new 21 Charm. It was a little to "blingy" for my daughter and I told them I saw in a catalog a picture of a different one. The associate knew exactly which one I was talking about and she said she had it! I was thrilled! She truly knew her stock!
