Customer service is excellent! Very professional and very friendly!

On Friday, May 11, 2018 I had the pleasure of returning to your store in the Walt Whitman Mall. I was delighted with my first visit to your store so I was excited to return. I was hoping I would be assisted by your associate, AnnMarie. I am thrilled to say my second purchase exceeded my expectations. Not only was AnnMarie there, but I was fortunate enough to have her assist me once again. My visist continued to be fantastic and wonderful when I met Karissa and Michelle who were extremely professional, helpful, warm, and friendly just as AnnMarie was. These highly skilled women made my visit so JOYFUL! Pandora is so fortunate to have them on its team! I am lucky forward to my third visit and purchaase because of them!

Friendly staff Eager to assist No sales pressure

Karissa T. the sales associate who assisted me is the reason I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience last week. This was really my first experience with Pandora in store. I thought I knew what I wanted, but when I saw it up close, I realized I wasn't crazy about it at all. Karissa showed me the silver Mesh bracelet and I fell in love with it!! She also showed me 2 more beautiful charms to compliment the original charm that is my Mother's Day gift from my daughter that looks so stunning on the bracelet. I am so in love with this piece. Karissa was patient, thoughtful, so kind, SO GENEROUS and SWEET to my little girl, what an asset to the store AND company. It is not easy shopping today and receiving customer service to rave about! I am going to come back to Pandora this week because I have a bracelet that I'd like to add a few charms to that was given to me when my daughter was born. I always shop at this store, the staff is friendly and is always there to help if I need it. I went there so my Granddaughter (who is 11) could buy her mom (my daughter) a gift from Pandora for Mothers Day. She loves going to that store as much as I do. And I also found a gift for my Daughter-in-Law when her birthday comes up. Thank You for have the best and most friendly staff

The sales associates at the Walt Whitman store went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. They had to order the size I needed from another store, called me when it arrived and remembered who I was when I arrived to pick up the purchase. All associates at the store during my multiple visits were extremely friendly and very helpful. It was my first time purchasing from Pandora and my experience was a very memorable one. Its a brand I will recommend to family and friends. A brand that I will return to purchase future gifts for family and myself.

The day before I visited the store in the Roosevelt Field Mall and was completely disappointed in the service and treatment I received there. I never even wanted to visit another pandora store again. However I called the Walt Whitman shop and decided to go in today. I received diligent service and obtained the item I’d been looking for. So I’d like to thank Alicia for her help today.
