I was trying to get a specific color and size leather double wrap bracelet that was not available in another Pandora store that I was in earlier. I called this store to make sure they had what I was looking for in the two sizes that I needed to decide between. I went in with a wrist measurement and the salesperson showed me the appropriate size bracelet that I would need. She answered all of my questions in a very knowledgeable manner.

I always encounter great service I just wish I could place an order to store for the product I wanted. Staff is friendly which helps the shopping experience. Cleanliness of store also helps.
