I like the staff. Love the jewelry and the store is clean .

The sales rep assisted me in picking charms that coordinated with my necklace and bracelet. Two charms that I wanted were not available, but I am totally satisfied with my purchase.

Upon entering the store, I was immediately impressed with its aesthetics. The sales associate, AnnMarie, was highly knowledgeable, extremely professional, and very friendly. I was immediately put at ease with her expertise and warm attention. This was my first time purchasing pieces from the Pandora collection, and I was delighted with my experience. I will definitely return to your Walt Whitman store for future purchases.

My husband purchased rings for my birthday but they were too small. I had to exchange them for a latter size but he lost the receipt. The salesperson, karissa, was extremely patient and pleasant.

The sales rep, Alicia?, was extremely welcoming and helpful in helping me obtain my wife’s Easter gift. Sometimes you walk into a store and you ignored. She knows what good customer service is.

I knew what I wanted and the store had it available. Ther were no other customers in the store at the time I went (weekends are usually very busy) so I was helped right away.

Alicia walked my through the ins and outs of the charms,cleaning etc.

I was looking for a gift for my eight year old niece who was making her communion and wanted to get her a bracelet. I was concerned that the bracelets might be too big for her. The sales associate,Karissa, was very helpful and showed me a bracelet that fit her own seven year old perfectly. It was great to have a point of reference and made me feel more comfortable making the purchase.
