I specifically anted a particular piece and the sales associate went out o her way to get the last one from other locations. She also helped me pick a piece for my sister

I came during the promotional spend more save more sale. I was promptly approached and added to the wait list. I only waited a few minutes and was sent to sales associate Alicia who immediately recognized me from past shopping trips. I knew what I wanted to purchase and she quickly gathered the charms I wanted and rang me up and reminded me to do the questionnaire for $10 off next purchase. I was in an out very quickly.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the merchandise I purchased. I purchased my item on sale which I feel was important. I feel the merchandise is too expensive if not on sale.

Size of ring not available. Sales associate Lisa was quick to remedy the problem. Called another store and had ring delivered the next day when she called me. Very nice.

An associate attended to me right away. Was knowledgeable about the product. And she was cute!

The Walt Whitman Mall Pandora store is the ONLY place that I will go to shop! One of the managers there, Karissa, is so lovely! Not only does she remember my mother and I, she remembers our love of Disney Pandora, and always has something new to show us when we come in! I went to the store planning to buy Pandora Shine, and not only was she able to order the pieces they didn't have, but she also showed me a rose gold necklace with two clips on it that looked like Mickey Mouse (but was versatile, and now I can also use those clips on my new bracelet!). The store is always clean and organized and all of the sales associates there truly go out of their way to help you. We also got to meet Robin, the store's general manager, who also went above and beyond. I like that this Pandora never makes me feel like they're "selling something" -- instead they let me enjoy the shopping experience, and they shop with me. This is what makes buying Pandora fun, and I love going to this store and picking out new things with my mom and the sales associates almost as much as I love wearing it!
