I was highly satisfied because the sales associates were giving me good advice on what was the best merchandise I could purchase within the price range I wanted. Everything in the store was very nice and very clean.

All the sales women were very attentive as well as conversational rather than just trying to get a sale. They were very knowledgeable when I asked about upcoming sales/promotions. They also let me know that certain items that I wanted to purchase, but were not in the store would be in stock at the end of the week and they also offered to call another store to see if it was in stock. I was very impressed by their, kindness, knowledge of products, and personable attitudes. I will be returning to that specific store in a couple of days to purchase more items!

My and I have purchased many charms from this store and I have always found the personnel to be friendly and considerate. This occasion I purchased items for my wife and asked the sale person Alicia T. If I can return them if my wife already has them. She said yes. Well wife did have items, so I come in and exchanged them for ones that she didn't have and Alicia handle the transaction very professionally with a question.
