Once Lisa was able to help me, she was great! She showed me the different bracelets and let me try them. She showed me as many charms as she could because I wasn’t sure which charms I wanted to get for my best friend. My best friend was so happy with her gift!

My daughter and I visited the store during the weekend before Valentines Day. As you could imagine, it was very busy, but the sales staff kept it very organized. The wait time was kept to a minimum. The sales girl was very helpful and upbeat. It was a very pleasurable visit.

someone came up tp me right away ,to offer assistance. the manager, robin offered to help when other sales personal, were busy. seemed to have knowledge of her merchandice, style and quality

There were many charms to choose from, and they were displayed nicely.

The salesperson, Ann Marie, was highly knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I found exactly what I wanted and I was very pleased with my purchase.

Liked the product demonstration- able to try on rings, etc. did not have to wait to speak to a sales associate. Very easy to check out, got nice wrapping, etc
