Alicia was amazing and helped me pick out the perfect gift for my girlfriend ( Soon to be Fiancé) . She even taught me how to dance so I don't look foolish at the Wedding lol Just Kidding ! Alicia was amazing!

I love Pandora jewelry. I orig went to the bayshore Pandora store to exchange, they first said my receipt wasn't valid because it was bought in PA, I said it's a Christmas gift and it's a pandora receipt. Then she looked and said didn't have the ring in stock. I was told 6 weeks to order a size 7 or go to the mall jewelry store that has a pandora counter, they didn't even look when they saw it was an exchange. I then decided to go to Walt Whitman which is a better location, helpful and friendly staff. No BS at all and when I asked if their were any new necklaces they showed me the new stuff and offered a solution to wanting a larger single crystal stone necklaces. They're very helpful. Not to Pandora..... you need more necklaces and larger crystal pendants. Thanks Annette

I was given a limited time only mothers day bracelet and the closure clip just broke in two. I returned it to the Pandora store and they didn't have any in stock since it was a limited time item. She called other local stores and found one and had it shipped to the Walt Whitman store for me to pick up at my convenience. They called me when it came into the store and I went to pick it up. The sales girl Michelle helped me when I came to the store originally and also when I picked up the new replacement bracelet. She was very kind, friendly, and helpful. She went above and beyond by calling the other locations and having it shipped to her store for me. I love the products and have a few bracelets and many charms. I am already making my wish list for Valentines Day!

The girl that helped me was able to help me pick out things that I wouldn't normally put together but ended up loving! She had so much patience with me and answered any questions I had. I also liked that if I asked her opinion on what things looked better together she was honest and also made suggestions about what could look better.
