I was looking for a gift for my mother who loves butterflies. Victoria put together a beautiful necklace with butterfly pendant and topped it off with a charm of my mother's birthstone. She was patient and overall wonderful.

I entered the Pandora Walt Whitman store to see if I could find two bracelets small enough for my twin granddaughters first Birthdays. Karissa was most helpful, she showed me the smallest two and I selected to purchase the 6.3. Walt Whitman store had only one 6.3, she immediately called another store if they have any. She found one. She offered to have it shipped to Walt Whitman store for me to pickup. I preferred the pick it from the Sunrise store. Karissa was very professional, patient and very helpful with me selecting the charms, which took a while for me to make a decision. I was truly very pleased with Karissa's professionalism. Sunrise store employee was very professional, sweet and helpful as well. Overall I am highly satisfied with my experience. Thank You Pandora for training your team perfectly.

She assured me that my ring I got could be cleaned at any time; and if not able to be cleaned to a standard would be able to be replaced.
