Didnt have my ring size

The demeanor of the sales person was not very friendly felt like I was bothering her

It would be nice to have more discounts

I tried to use my student discount, but it was exclused for Marvel x Pandora items. Not satisfied with the prices. The sales associate was lovely.

The sales associate wasn’t very friendly. She was fast and efficient but seemed annoyed.

The really know how to talk to people They help you find exactly what you looking for And it’s really nice

There was an incident with a woman cutting myself and my daughter in line, as she has ordered the product before hand. When it was pointed out to her, she used profanity. It should be clear that the line is for all customers, those with orders should wait or there should be a clearly demarcated second line. The staff were apologetic and nice. They handles the situation well. The other customer has no class, screaming ‘f u’ towards me and in front of my ten year old daughter. I don’t blame this on the staff, but the process should be clearer to the classless, entitled customers that tend to come.

There was a pair of earrings I wanted and I would have purchased two sets, but there was only one available. The associate, while very helpful and quick, did take a few minutes to realize there was one final set left.

The sales associate was not friendly or helpful at all, just kind of going through the motions. Very uninviting & unenthusiastic about her day (and I was there early afternoon). Kind of made me uncomfortable every time I asked to see something (4 rings in total).

Got to store right when it opened Black Friday. Wanted to buy additional items but store did not have in stock. Was told I could order on line. Would incur shipping fees plus no boxes etc. on big shopppng day, more stock should have been available.
