Items that I viewed online were not in store for available purchase

I tried to order on line in the store because you didn’t have the item advertised on my email and it wouldn’t go through. Your sale staff is wonderful and the girl tried several times

I think even an ordered item, not available in the store , should count towards the bracelet credit. I did not read that on the website. It should not be only items at the store.

The lighting in the store was a problem for me. The brigtness hampered my ability to see the charms properly. I am near sighted and wear spectacles so I could not take a good look at the charms, I had to take off my glasses to see. But the associate was kind enough to let me take my time to look at the products. Ann was quite patient with me.

Salesperson AnnMarie was great! But inventory was low, so she recommended something else that was appropriate for our gift.

The Sales agent was my main reason I was satisfied. The store did not had the sizes or styles I wanted but she was patient and she keep showing me different items. I love her demeanor, I can remember her name but I am sure u guys know who it was. Thank her for me. I have not seen customer service like that in a long time.

I purchased four pieces of jewelry and they only gave me two boxes they try to cram everything in one box and you had no Pandora bags I was giving out gifts and I had to use a Sophie Reese bag

The sales person helped is as soon as we entered the store and she check is out.

I enjoyed my business while in Pandora everything went well Did not care got how the merchandise was guarded that less very uncomfortable
