You need to put which bracelets are for what charms. We had to exchange the merch bc we brought the one on the website. The sales associate said this is a common error, especially for first time buyers.

I was not aware the this store is a franchise. As such, they didn't have appropriate boxes for the necklace I purchased. Since it was a gift, I was embarrassed to present it in a cheap cardboard box with a cheap cotton base. I had to drive to the Roosevelt Field corporate store to get an actual Pandora box which held the necklace in place. You need to make sure that your franchise stores have adequate supplies. I would be hesitant to purchase a gift from this me Walt Whitman Huntington location again

While my wife and I were quite pleased with our final purchase, we felt the sales associate may have been having a bad day, as she appeared somewhat annoyed while serving us. We felt more like we were a nuisance to her than paying customers. We are all human and all have our moments, but it's imperative that we maintain a professional and pleasant attitude when we are in a customer service oriented industry. My wife absolutely loves Pandora merchandise, and we desire to remain faithful customers. However, that particular sales associate should be reminded of her role as a professional. Thank you.
