The associates are very friendly and they have great communication skills

I wasn't highly satisfied because of covid things take longer to get done and that's no fault of the employees it's just world we are living in so it's to br expected.

They did not have the size I wanted so I took the next size. The line was a little long but it was the day after Christmas so I understand.

It really wasn't anyone's fault but the pandemic that makes everything take a little longer, That's why I wasn't highly satisfied.

Items might be very high price

I never said that I was not highly satisfied but the fact of the matter is that it all depends on the person that receives the gift be highly satisfied. I'm just a dude picking out a gift for my mother. With the help of Ann L. the salesperson at the store I was able to be satisfied with the charms and accessories for which I collected to create said gift for my mother's birthday. To which she was Highly Satisfied!

There were one or two charms not in the store. I understand there’s an event, but I wish there was a rose gold charm In the store that I purposely came in for. I found other items easily, but wished I had gotten one item I was hoping for.

My boyfriend placed an order for me as a surprise and he didn't get the right size of the bracelet for me. However, with the help of the associate at this location, I am not able to wear the Pandora bracelet!!
