For me, I do not always have a particular charm in mind to choose and make my selection based on appearance. When I visit this location they show me charms one by one as if they think I would steal the case with my eyes.

Store didn’t know their current inventory. Didn’t even offer to take a polishing cloth to the existing charms to make the purchase of two new charms look better

I was not highly satisfied because I was in the store walking around for 10 minutes before anyone greeted me. The store was not crowded and one of the sales associates could have looked up and greeted with someone will be with me shortly. There were only 2-3 customers in the store. It’s Just That I Had To Say “Excuse Me” More Than 3x To Get Someone’s Attention & My Boyfriend Said It About 2x Then Finally 1 Of The Women Turned Around & Got The Attention Of The Other Worker.

The sales associates were great but issues with the WiFi made it impossible to print my receipt and I couldn’t get a gift receipt. The receipt was emailed to me but after much difficulty.
