One of the rings I wanted was not available.

Long wait, otherwise everything was good. It’s my first bracelet and it was a gift. I think your merchandise is a little pricey for the quality of the merchandise.

I was satisfied with my experience because I was able to return what I did not want and get what I did want. I was able to take my time with my selection and look at a variety of item I could purchase. I am very excited about what I got and how it looks.

I think it was price a little high

They were not presenting the free bracelet that was being giving with the purchase of $125. I was the one to ask about the sale item.

The selection of merchandise was very limitied would have liked much more items on display

I went on line on Black Friday and the item wasn't available. The store wouldn't match the online price.

the cross i did end up buying had tiny cz's. I thought they would be larger. The cross does not sparkle since the cz's are so tiny. I thought there would be more new items in. The prices are going up and up.
