It is a small store so there is not much displayed. I had to ask for the product. All else was fine

Hi I bought two rings for my girls-- white one with blue stone and other rose gold with clear stone. After me asking how should I clean this rings, The associate mentioned there is free cleaning on the white one, so I asked her what about the rose gold she didnt have an answer, which was very dissappointing. If they are selling this high end expensive jewelry they should have an arrangement to get this cleaned. I wouldnt buy rose gold there and not recommend any one else either. I feel that this is not real silver as real silver needs polishing but stay as is for life as pricy. I am little skeptical about pandora jewelry.

I had purchased a charm before I purchased this one and they just exchange or give me a new one if the charm is damaged,but they wasn’t really trying to help me that

The associated didn’t remember the item I was looking for and I know Pandora sells it and she didn’t ask a other associated to help

I wish the bigger locket pendants can be sold separately, without the chain. Also, I hope there's a Philippines charm. Moreover, not only Pandora outlets carry retired charms.

The associate selected the incorrect size of the floating necklace I requested. The associate manager pointed out the error to her. When I arrived home, I realized to my disappointment the associate had both my first and last names incorrectly although I spelled them out for her! It was close to closing perhaps she was in a rush to go home after a long day of work and while I understand I’m disappointed!

I had a satisfying experience at the Pandora store. The sales associate was good but wasn't very familiar with the prices and had to keep looking them up in the book.

I visited over a dozen Pandora store throughout the states and even out of the country and I find usually the sale associates are very friendly, however I didn't get that feeling the day I went into this Pandora store. I would return only because it's the closest store to where I live but not so much because of my experience. Overall, if I had to rate the store 1-10 i'd give it maybe a 5/6 .

I thought the ring I purchased was on sale. The price I paid is high.
