it was a great visit

Tried to exchange a bracelet with the flower lock because the lock is not very safe & opens up easily. I lost 4 charms because of it. Sale rep said i was not able to exchange it for another even if i paid diffrence in price to get another. When i told her Inlost 4 charms she didnt even care and her answer was “thats too bad” i am a customer that have spend thousands in this store amd to get that type of treatment was not acceptable

Because I pretty much knew what I wanted and the items were not in sale. I had trouble finding the store.

Always a wait for service no matter what time of day. I also assisted in locating one of the bee collection charms while it was in the same display I was already standing n was choosing other charms from.

I was satusified

Wasn’t a bad experience, I just wish the sales associate was more confident in her knowledge of merchandise.

Did not have the exact ring I was looking for. The selection of my choice was limited. kept persuading me to buy more.

They didn’t have the ring in the size we wanted. The sales associate didn’t even care to tell us how we can get the size we need. She didn’t say much and didn’t seem like she cared much either
