I do not believe i was shown all products available at my request

I wish they would’ve had the charm I was looking for in the store. But it was ok, the associate ordered it for me and I’ll just have to return to pick it up when it arrives.

The sales lady was just rude and snotty. She did do her best in selling but had an attitude the whole time.

I was not acknowledged by staff that I required assistance. The attitude exhibited by the employee was not positive-not interacting-just straight to the point

I was interested in a gift for a child. The sales lady kept directing me to Disney themed charms although I was not interested in Disney themes. I keep asking to see other things but she kept focused on Disney just because I said it was for a child. This child is not fond of Disney characters. I found this a little annoying. Otherwise she was generally nice to deal with.

The sales associate showed the most expensive bracelet to me first as I don't have any knowledge on the different bracelet and its prices.

Although we were acknowledged when we came in, i felt that other customers were being prioritized before us. Although there were 3 associates in the store at that time, it took a while before we were approached.

One associate was a bit rude. The other ones were nice an polite.

I was not highly satisfied because of the wait time. Customers who came in the store after me were helped first. Also I purchased a charm from the display case and the sales associate failed to inform me of an engraving on the back!
