Pandora Jewelry

The store was crowded and no one was taking names. I was told to go to the register to give my name and she was helping someone for a long time. Then another person in the store took names so I had a few people who came in after me get serviced before me. Then the woman who was helping me kept stopping to take other names from walkins so she wasn't focused on me. Finally, someone else helped me. It was quite annoying.

The store was out of stock in the items I was looking for. I went to a different store which was also out of stock. I had to order the items I needed for Christmas. I now have to return to this store to pick up the items when they recieve them . A lot of work involved . I should have ordered online right to my house.

The wait time was extensive Most of the nicer charms were over $70 Promotions could be more enticing to customers

Long wait for some help and not stocked with all merchandise

Did not have merchandise in any stores. Item had to be ordered. Advised will take 2-3 weeks. Disappointed.

I felt the sales person could have been more helpful. My daughter wanted specific rings and she should have suggested ordering the rings. When we got up to the register the I inquired and the assistant manager assisted us in getting what she was looking for.

The item that I was interesred in was not in stock. The sales girl was new and not really familiar with the items. The wait time was a little too long.

The store is small, not enough space. We were unable to look at items when customers were at the glass counter in front of us. This means waiting in line. There also are not a lot of retired pieces available.

The salesperson her name was Alexandra k was very nice, however, my daughter & I wanted to have 2 bracelets and 1 ring cleaned but the machine wasn’t working.
