Everyone was new, didn't know the products. I open a new account they didn't know how to process. Very frustrating.

I first went to the store to purchase the Pave Heart Hoop earrings with a merchandise credit card.The store did not have them in stock and told me to order them online and return them to the store and repurchase them using the merchandise credit. I was able to do that (even though the store salesperson said she would do that for me and call me when they were in---that never happened) When I ordered online, I had a 10% discount but when I went to the store to return and repurchase the store could NOT honor the discount because they are a franchise. Needless to say there are many things I am not happy with: A merchandise credit that could only be used in 1 store (should be all Pandora store) Salesperson who did not try to close the sale and help me by ordering the earrings I wanted The online Purchase price was NOT honored in the store. I have been a Pandora customer or many years, the quality of products and service and clearly diminishing.

After wwaiting on Black Friday for an hour got merchandise and was given some one else’s receipt instead of mine and after leaving the store in rush to get to work has to turn back around when noticing I had weong receipt

Upon entering the store I was not greeted only after I asked about a certain item then I was noticed.. I had to return the item a few hours later because I purchased the wrong item. And the associate said she said not already. I was embarrassed so I didn’t exchange I just asked for a refund.

We normally shop on-line for Pandora Jewelry or go to the Smithaven Mall for Pandora Jewelry ... Salesperson had to ask others about salespersons about Shine & she just wanted to rush through the sale. I prefer to shop at Smithaven Mall for Pandora Jewelry!

The sales associate was not friendly at all. She was just going through the motions of the sale. I asked about a couple of items I was interested in and they were out of stock. I did pick out 2 items for my daughter that she will probably exchange or return. At the completion of my sale the sales associate simply walked away. she did not thank me for purchasing at Pandora.
