Upon arrival at the store, was greeted by staff, all asking if we need any help. Wanted to browse the store first so declined help. However when we were ready to purchase the gifts, all the staff ignored us. Asked one employee to show us a ring, employee said give me a minute and never returned. I had to go ask the manager for help after she finished with her customer. Felt staff was a bit rude, unfriendly and unwilling to help. Only the manager seemed engaged with the customers.

I don’t know why but none of the associates at that location said good morning or even smiled, it was as if everyone in that Pandora location was upset or frustrated or didn’t want to be there…no holiday cheer or spirit & that just drove me away…

We were waiting on line to get into the store, after finally it was our turn, sales associate barely greeted us and we wanted to exchange bracelets and was told couldn’t be possible even my manager who barely even acknowledged us, We made purchase and was we will get free bracelet and i asks if we can get bracelet that we want and was told by manager not possible. Horrible experience all around..

There are not enough sales associates, and I waited for 20 minutes before somebody wouldn’t even look at me. Then finally, I get the attention of someone and I tell him that I have a pick up order and she rolls her eyes and says OK well you need to still wait for someone (which was fine but the attitude was not necessary). I had to literally follow around different sales associates, trying to track when they would be done with their other customer.

Asked to see bracelets & was shown only one!Had to ask to see others. Asked to see charms, told she could only show 1 at a time & had to choose which I wanted to see. Explained due to Visio problem I could not see through case. Company policy! Thanks

I needed to exchange a Christmas gift, I needed a smaller size. I brought in charms received and purchased 2 clips. The assistant was in a rush and never offered to put my bracelet together. The store had just opened and I was first in line.

I was dissatisfied with my experience. No local store I had to travel. Store was not accommodating with flow of persons inside. No organization. Ring promo was ridiculous. Help was not friendly or helpful with my purchase

The sales associates were not on top of the customers in the store. One customer did not have a mask on. They continuously ignored myself and my parents and when we asked for help, one of the associates said “I’m going home” and we were left standing there for another few minutes. I called for another associate and she completely ignored me. It was a terrible experience.

My experience in the Pandora store in Walt Whitman mall in Huntington has never been pleasant. I find the counter girls to be rude and pushy, looking to make a sale. At first I thought it was just the one girl who was helping me but the 3 or 4 subsequent visits were met with the same unfriendly attitude. It is truly an uncomfortable ambiance (& I am friendly and easy going) but it bothers me every time I go in there. It’s such a turn off that I will take my Pandora purchases elsewhere

The woman helping me was extremely rude. She was very snippy and was trying to sell me products I didn’t want to buy. In addition to this, she had a very bad attitude and lacked professional sales skills.
