Sales associate was not very friendly. Was extremely impatient with me and just seemed like she did not want to be working and did not want to help me.

I wanted to exchange a purchased item and was informed that I would have to return the free bracelet promotion item. The promotion item was to spend 125.00 or more. The item I was exchanging to was valued at 125.00. I was upset because initially I was going to give the initial purchase as a gift so if the person who received the gift came to the store they would have been told they couldn't make the exchange (for a higher priced item with their out of pocket difference) unless the gifter returned the free item. I spent close to 2000.00 during December. This service left a poor taste

Felt sales person was rushing me, not helpful in making suggestions for out of stock replacements... did not facilitate the viewing of merchandise to be purchased.

Do to COVID I couldn’t make early to shop I decided to shop online every single one that I wanted to buy were sold out , finally I make to the store, yes I found what I like but I spend over $500.00 I didn’t get any discount because it was over not fear . The free bracelet promotion I think is a scam they always sold out . I not shopping any more for myself or for anyone and I will share my experience with friends and family not happy.

I bought moon and star earrings at the store on Sunday. One earring didn't clasp. I called the store. The person told me she will exchange it for a new one. The next day, I went into the store, the rep Mary didn't want to exchange it. She bend the metal to hold better and told me to take it home. I told her I paid for a brand new earring and I would like a new one. She asked who I spoke to on the phone. I told her I didn't remember her name. She said she wouldn't be exchanging it but if I had any problems I had a year to exchange. I insisted on a new set of earrings or I was going to return the earring and call corporate to complain. She then took a new from the case. Left me by myself and daughter to open the bag and check to make sure both earring worked. Never ever came back to see if everything was ok. We walked out of the store. She was totally disinterested and rude. The 4 women that worked there had the same disinterest and refuse to look or talk to us. It is so disheartening that they made me feel as I did something wrong. There are times I receive good customer service there but this time they were all disinterested. I went in to exchange a Christmas gift and they told me I couldnt exchange it because the items were old and worn. I did not even try on the braclete when I recieved it a few days before. I am now stuck with a bracletes and charms that I am not going to wear because the person who gave it to me must have regifted it and the store did not do much to help. The sales associated were also not helpful at all when I asked to try on other items.

I went for the 50% off select styles sale, I went in looking for the items specifically on sale with my sister I have shopped Pandora many times your a number of years now. Associate didn’t let us know she was ready for us assumed we knew, then the binder in which they had the sales items to show didn’t say which were now out of stock so we wasted so much time asking to see items they didn’t have, didn’t help the women didn’t know where a any of them were, she had an annoyed face and didn’t talk to us except to say yes no or don’t have it, lied about 2 items on display being the same size when visibly was not & didn’t show us the other item. When asked if they had literally anything else on sale that was rose gold she said nothing was available. Seemed uninterested in helping us.

The sales associate seemed bothered with helping and somewhat annoyed with any questions we had.. I purchased a ring for my daughter and because she wore it out the store she did not offer a box with a bag..
