The sales associate’ poor attitude

I was purchasing a bracelet and charms as a gift, but I didn’t know which charms I wanted. Your policy doesn’t allow the salesperson to take out a tray of charms. You have hundreds of charms that I’m sure your salespeople are familiar with, but the average, or even new consumer is not. I was very disappointed by the fact that I wasn’t able to “browse” through your charms. Instead, I was “guided” by the salesperson by telling her about the person that I was buying for. She was as helpful as she could be, considering your policy. Additionally, it was extremely warm in the store. I don’t know if the air conditioning was broken, or if it wasn’t on, but the salespeople, other customers, myself and my children were all sweating.

Counter person need more training how to treat people because of there look. And yes I could afford it.

I don't know that I will ever walk into a Pandora store again. I may just purchase my items on line. The experience was less than desirable. The only shining star in the experience was your associate standing at the front door. She and I had a lovely conversation about your products (which I am in love with by the way). Our sales associate however was flat and made my 72 minute wait aggravating.

There was a sign up sheet but no indication you needed to sign up. First 15 minutes I was in the store i wasted waiting for help just to learn I had to check in to be helped

the sale associated put the charge through twice. When I showed her on my phone that the first charge went through (I have an email alert for all purchases on my credit card) she said it did not go through the Pandora system. I asked her to call over the manager and she told me the same thing. Both charges for the same amount ($198.15) went through to my credit card. This morning I called my credit card company and put one of the charges in dispute. It appears that someone doesn't know what they are doing. I've been a Pandora customer for a long time and am very disappointed with this transaction. I have never had a problem at the Pandora store in Florida but I would never go back to this store in New York,

Purchased a ring that said I got a free cleaning kit with could not return the ring without the cleaning kit there for the amount returned was not the full amount of the ring purchased total amount of purchase with “free cleaning kit” was $70 when returning the ring I was informed there would be a sub charge of $15 for the “free cleaning kit”.

The woman who helped us did not have knowledge about the product, nor did she try to make us happy and was very unfriendly
