Me and my bestfriend went to pandora hoping to buy friendship rings. We walked in and were being helped by a lady whom was so rude. We both felt like she was rushing us and “breathing down our neck” she didn’t give us a second to think and choose so we abruptly chose a ring and left. Very disappointing.

The sales associate treated me like a thief. I saw other sales associates with the merchandise on the counter showing the items on the counter. I could not review the merchandise properly and I felt rushed and there may have been other charms to review but she refused to show me more.

Sales associate was very rude, didn’t like the way she treated me, like it was a problem. I brought items on line. She acted like items where stolen, and I had receipt and explained I could not come in sooner because I became ill and I wasn’t asking for my money just exchange because it was to tight and other ones defected

There was a very little selection of earrings to pick from. The sales person said they could be ordered which I agreed to. The process took at least 30 minutes because the computer kept freezing in the middle of the order. I was told that if I spent $150 I would receive a promotional bracelet for free. I spent well over $200 but since part of my purchase was made in store & part had to be ordered I was not given the promotional bracelet. Ridiculous!

Although I was the only customer in the store, I was ignored by the sales associates. I was only acknowledged when I was ready to give up and leave. My order was given to me in a tiny Ziploc bag; no box or anything that I would consider to be in line with purchasing something from Pandora

I received two rings as a Christmas present and they didn’t fit. I finally had time to exchange them yesterday. The associates told me i was Past the window even though i had My receipt. They then decided to let me exchange. After finding the two products i would Wear and that fit, they said one of the rings that was purchased for me was final sale. Then WHY would it be eligible on a gift receipt for a return? AND IT DIDNT FIT, so i CANT WEAR IT. The associates really didn’t care. So now i have A piece of jewelry i might As well throw out.
