When I got there I was put on a list and was told it would be at least an hour wait and that you would have to stay by the store otherwise lose your spot. I understand it was Black Friday but then after an hour or so wait I knew what I wanted and the salesperson got it and then didn't ring me up, instead I had to wait on another 45 minute line to pay. That is ridiculous. I didn't mind waiting to be helped but then you put me on another line to pay. I hope next year they will have better management of the store. When the salesperson gets your item she should ring you up and not put you on another line.

Your store did not honor the advertised specials for the season. I usually spend around $700.00 per holiday season I spent only $250.00 this visit. Your company should be ashamed of itself. Do not advertise what you cannot deliver. I only bought what I did because I was stuck for a gift otherwise I would have just left the store and went elsewhere. Once again you did not have ornament or free bangle bracelet as advertised and there was no raincheck for either item. I may never shop your merchandise in the future for this reason. We all spend a lot of money on these items and count on some sort of savings during the holiday season. Neither was delivered. You can remove me from your email at this time. Rosalyn Waldman

I was very unhappy with my visit. The store was not very full and there were several employees that were just hanging out at the registers while I had to wait 30 minutes before I could be helped because there was a wait list. I told one of the employees that I knew exactly what I wanted and just needed someone to take it out of the case so I could purchase it and she was not helpful, meanwhile as I said the store was quite empty and there were employees just hanging around. The service was very slow and the employees were not at all friendly. I was very disappointed.

Victoria was extremely helpful, even though the store was busy took her time to really assist me in finding what I needed as gifts and what I simply just wanted for myself. As an HR Director I find that “Exceptional” customer service is unfortunately rare. Victoria is an asset to your company and made it a pleasure to shop at Walt Whitman Pandora.
