Well, customer service was great, I made two separate purchases with two different sales associates. Both were extremely pleasant and had great options for my tastes. I always enjoy shopping in Pandora!

I love going into this pandora event more so when i see Armando in there, he is always the first to greet me and always fast to help. Did not plan on buying today but with his help i couldn't walk out empty handed.

The sales associate was friendly and welcoming. She was very interested in helping me find a birthday gift for my daughter. She showed me new merchandise and traditional merchandise. She also made recommendations.

I had seen, in an online ad, a charm that would be perfect for my friend and workout partner. I entered the store and was greeted immediately and cheerfully by Tara. She knew exactly what I wanted and said she had it in stock; BINGO, I had what I wanted. While there, Tara noticed I had on one of my Pandora bracelets . . . She offered to clean it, but, as I had just done so, I declined! BUT I excepted her offer to balance/arrange my charms! Had a great experience and was in and out and home within an hour!

Purchasing a Pandora bracelet has been on my list of must haves and this visit just confirmed my experience and excitement of being a bracelet owner. The associate was knowledgeable and helped me understand the Pandora experience. I now have an idea of all the charms I want to build my bracelet and I can't wait until all the pieces are together.

The manager is great, she knows what we are looking for and helped the person working with us to find what we wanted. Did not have the mrs. potts and chip charm that I wanted, got placed on a waiting list to be called when it comes in.

I was immediately greeted. Salesperson knew, from my description, exactly what I was looking for. She offered to show me other items when one item wasn’t available or suggested I could order online. I was very pleased.
