It was Tae’s first day and you have never known..she put pieces together for me on my Disney bracelet that I wouldn’t of thought of

The sales associates were extremely nice and very knowledgeable. All of the merchandise were nicely put away and organized therefore making it easy to see. Although I was Tae’s first customer, she was really nice and helped a lot!

I was satisfied with the service and how quick they attended to me and knew exactly what I wanted

With this visit I am very Satisfied with the customer service. There was a time in which I thought I was never going to buy anything from Pandora again. I had a bangle that was damaged but the service rep did not want to offer any solutions nor try to make the situation right concerning my bangle. I had to trash the bangle also deal with a rude cashier. Thank you for hiring more friendly associates. The charm I bought was for a co worker but I will NOW continue to shop with Pandora

Salesperson Annette was amazing and she really helped me out alot. Her customer service was above and beyond and I will definitely be returning to the store

This was my second time in a Pandora and I would like to say this time was the best experience ever! The gentleman who helped me was OUTSTANDING!!! Everything about this visit was WONDERFUL!!!

Camilla(sorry if it’s misspelled) the sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable of the product sold. The other associates were friendly and professional also. Lastly, safety precautions were set in place (only a few customers were permitted at a time) which made me feel comfortable to shop.
