I go to this store because of the staff they are always kind, knowledge, willing to help with a smile, i had to wait in line which i understand but it is worth it.

Have not worn my Pandora jewelry for a while, it was something I did with my mom who passed away. My husband thought a new bracelet and charm would spark my interest again. The sales person was very compassionate and thoughtful and I appreciated that. I brought my 2 bracelets in to be cleaned and she even offered to remove beads and add to my new bracelet for me.

The sales lead (his name was Mondo)was very helpful and very detailed, he explained everything clearly, he gave a good sale and he also was just very nice all together

Annette was amazing, welcoming, friendly, and you can tell she is passionate with helping customers find exactly what they are looking for. She asked a little about the person i was buying a gift for and helped me find the perfect gift, she is much appreciated.
