The sales person Carmella was very knowledgeable with all the Pandora jewelry. She was super friendly and helped me pick out a beautiful bracelet. My plan was not to buy, only browse the merchandise. LOL

The sales associate greeted me with a smile and advise she will be with me in a second. I asked her to clean all my Pandora jewelry and she did while I was looking. After buying one charm I told her inside the clamp it was still dirty and she insisted that I let her clean it. Her service was so good I ended up buying another charm.

Our associate Annette, was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained the options for charms and helped me understand how to keep my bracelet clean.
