I was very satisfied with my visit because when i first came in i was greeted very nicely and helped very fast, i asked for a specific type of charm and was given the exact charm and more of the type very pleased with my purchase.

The sales associate was very friendly and kind. She went out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and she gave me options to choose from. I always have a good experience at this store.

I came to the Panorama store knowing I had a somewhere to be in 30 minutes,and did not thank I was going to get quick service that did receive. I walked up the sales representative let me in and started showing me all of the new merchandise that had just come in, right off the back I saw the two pieces I wanted. I paid she wrapped them and was gone in twenty minutes, my wife loved her gifts and I got to my appointment on time, Great service thank you Pandora

The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, they even showed me a charm that had just arrived because they knew my love for stitch from lilo and stitch. So on top of picking up my online order I also purchased a charm while I was in there

Tara was very nice! She helped me decide on some clips for my new bracelet. She also cleaned my other bracelet which is always appreciated!
