I had a very good experience in Pandora. We are out of town but when ever I go to a Pandora I always have a great time. Ppl are always nice and helpful!

Tara was amazing! She helped me surprise my husband the first time then came in with him and helped us again with another beautiful charm.

The sales associate Annette was extremely pleasant, displayed excellent customer service and got me in and out the store in a time manner.

I love the good customer service I received from the sales associate. The store was very welcoming and I would definitely visit this location when in this area. I highly recommend shopping in store so you can see exactly what you are getting and they would even give you knowledge on how to wear your bracelet in order to prevent stretching in one area. I couldn't wait to get home to reorganize my bracelets.

Mando is AMAZING! He has character, knowledge and he was a huge help in deciding what I should get for my birthday! He even kept my husband and son entertained while I shopped. He showed me a lot of products and helped me narrow down to the things I really loved!

I went in just for cleaner and the sales associate asked me did I see the new bangles after I mentioned how much I didn’t like my drawstring bracelet. I ended up buying two more bangles and took the advice as to turn my item I didn’t like into a anklet and now I love it all over again. I loved how the manger assisted the sales lady by offering to clean my other jewelry while I shopped with her..

The sales person was very knowledgeable about the products. He was also very patient and willing to make changes as necessary to accommodate my desire.

I love the personal service each associate took with each customer. They were attentive to your needs and gave expert advice.

Sandra was AMAZING! she asked what me and my husband were looking for and we said we were just browsing. She asked if i had a bracelet and if i wanted to get it cleaned. Then we went over to the rings because i thought they were beautiful and she took a set of rings out and showed me some really nice ones. My husband ended up getting me new wedding rings and i LOVE them. She did a great job showing off the selection they had and told me to play around with the rings.
