The rep i worked with annette was amazing, very knowledgeable i asked for certain charms meaning she went right to charm pulled them quickly i needed one for my deceased mother and son she pulled 2 perfect ones and also help with my solution bc i had 1 charm that would not go on a bracelet she showed me the thingy that holds charms and goes on a necklace i only came for a cleaning of my 2 bracelets she did all of that and was still cleaning my bracelets and training and did credit card offer with me AN AMAZING REP!!!!

The store was clean, they followed their protocol of only a certain amount of people in the store at a time. I was greeted and the sales associate was friendly and very helpful. I look really young so a lot of time people don’t take me serious when I enter a store as if I don’t have money AND that was NOT the case here. Armondo gave me ideas on how to stack and wear the rings I was looking at and was willing to find additional finishes of necklaces for me that were not on display. Overall I enjoyed the experience in shopping in store.
