I like that they take their time with each customer I didn’t have to wait that long in the line I lucked up and got a store manager that took care of me she was very nice I was visiting Virginia Beach and I went to the mall great experience I bought 2 charms because she was so nice I usually only buy one at a time. I went to do pickup order and Carmella a at Lynnhaven n mall was absolutely great she suggested i needed clips for my bracelet and i got two clips and two extra charms on top of the ones i already bought to pickup. great service!

The sales person Armando was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding all the questions I had. I was shopping for my 6 year old granddaughter and he was able to put together a bracelet with charms specifically for her. I know she is going to love her gift!
