the person who handled my business transaction was phenomenal. she was both very friendly and knowledgeable about the products on hand. she recommended me some of the best pieces of charms for my bracelet and was great at her interactions. she was the manager at the time, and i can tell she deserved the title!

Armando was WONDERFUL! Too often when you go into places, you can tell when it is just a job. I could tell Mando loves what he does. He is VERY customer oriented. He knew exactly what I wanted. He showed me how to wear my bracelet. He gave me excellent ideas for future purchases. I would return to the store just to deal with Mando.
