The Sales Associate Annette A, was very friendly, she had a warm smile and was very knowledgeable about the charms in the store. She noticed that I had on a Mickey Mouse Sweatshirt and began informing me of the different Mickey Mouse charms you had available. She also knew that I was purchasing a bracelet for my Aunt, and informed me of the Aunt and Niece charm available in the store. Annette provided excellent customer service. I will be visiting this store very soon.
