Sales representative was very polite and knowledgeable. She offered some good advice on helping me a make decision on purchasing my next charms for my braclet. Friendly and clean environment.

While waiting in line outside we were greeted by a Pandora employee and asked what we were looking for so she could put us with the perfect associate, which she did. The you lady that assisted us was professional and basically pulled all the charms I described. She knew exactly what I was asking for. I left with 4 new charms and a smile on my face. Price was no problem you pay for what you want. Everyone was great.
