During these Covid times, this management made certain that the proper number of people were the store, they were organized, friendly, and knowledgeable. The sales person helped me find the perfect gift for my moms birthday

I love going into Pandora. The sales associates are always friendly and knowledgeable. I was given a bracelet for Christmas and it was time for me to shop for my charms. I had an idea what I wanted and Mando helped pick a few clips and charms. He knew exactly the style I liked and picked all the pretty ones for me. Thanks Mando. You're the BEST!

The service was great

Every time I have ever visited this store I have been highly satisfied with the selection and knowledge of the staff. They keep the store looking clean and the display for the merchandise is always immaculate. This is definitely one of my favorite stores through out the whole mall.

This experience was very pleasing. She was very nice, and got us in and out with a timely fashion. She was very down to earth and we loved it.

I purchased a bracelet and when I got the order curbside and looked at it and attempted to try it on it was a tad too small. The associate Tara K (102989) immediately said I will go back inside and exchange it for the next size up and she brought it back out quickly. Excellent attitude and service. She even called me by my name and remembered that I was doing curbside because I'm high risk and afraid of COVID and did not want to come inside the mall.
