Very respectable customer service experience as soon as I was let into the store. The sale agent Mr. Armando, was very knowledgeable about the balance of my charms and made recommendations. Lastly, i didn't feel rushed or compelled to buy if I so choose not to.

The manager of this store is amazing! She is one of the best with customers you will ever have! She is a keeper!

The associate, Carmella, who helped my friend and I was super kind and helpful. She assisted us with what we came in for, but also helped us both find charms and rings to match our taste. She even helped me organize my bracelet, so it looks more eye catching!

I arrived to store #0332 and was greeted by Annette. The store was at capacity but I was helped as much as possible in line and she got me in as soon as possible. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable! I had an amazing experience and she deserves a raise if she hasn’t gotten one!
