When I was up next in the queue, I noticed the sales person was wearing the exact silver chain/O Pendant I wanted to get my wife. Even though the chain wasn't available anymore the sales person showed me a chain I really loved. I was happy with the way the chain and O ring went with the charm that I bought several days ago. The service was great and fast.
