considering all the new regulations with covid the staff had a system into place to allow each customer to still shop while exercising health and safety regulations. staff was very pleasant and willing to help and give knowledgeable recommendations to help ensure I was purchasing exactly what I was asking for.

The line was crazy long for no reason people where skipped including me and the text didn’t get sent to my phone I had to talk to the lady to get back on the the list and also there where no deals for Miltary which is kinda bad the person I had was great and fast though didn’t have all what I wanted eveything was fine really I just wanted somthing for my mother in law

My salesperson carmella b 109615 was very friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the items. She convinced me to buy another ring and more items when I was only interested in getting a certain charm that they were sold out of but once she started showing me other items I forgot all about the fact that they were sold out of the charm I wanted. I will definitely being returning to that store soon.

Mando discovered my chars where put on the bracelete incorrectly. had dangling charms next to each other. he also told me about the preferred card and the survey. when completing my order he showed me ne items that would be out in January in time for valentines day. He also to me to do the survey to use that reward towards my next purchase. Mando was the best ever. He needs a Promotion ASAP.

Customer Service was great. I was a little unsure with exactly what I wanted to purchase but the sales woman did a great job with recommending charms and I ended up purchasing the two she picked out.

For one everytime i go into pandora i always get nicely greeted. Also, the store is always nice, clean, & neat. Thirdly, it’s always so much cute stuff in there so it’s just like jewelry heaven.

The sales rep that helped me, (Fabiola) made my visit GREAT!! She was very professional and polite. She found everything I was looking for in just a couple of minutes. Very impressed with this young woman. I will definitely be back soon and will ask for her help again.

Given the Christmas season and close to the big day, I was surprised how fast I was able to get in and out. Items I wanted were in stock. Associate with as very nice and treated my son and I with respect in every way including our health.
