I came to visit pandora in Lynnhaven mall with a friend on 12/20/20. My sales person was Armando M. He was SO awesome and attentive the entire time & he was fun to engage with! He knew the inventory in the store and overall he made my shopping experience a breeze!!! He is an awesome employee for the company!!! His personality is POPPIN!!!

I went to the store looking for a specific item. However, the wait time to get in the store was over an hour. I decided to call the store instead. The sales associated quickly found the item and helped me complete the sale over the phone. I was expecting the sales associated to be less than helpful do to how busy they were that day. I was pleasantly surprised instead.

It was a wait list but , when we got in the process was fast and the young lady show us exactly what we wanted.

Customer service was excellent.The sales rep was knowledgeable and friendly. Also very helpful.

The store was very clean and sanitized after each customer left the counter. The associates were very friendly and inviting. The Store Manager was very involved and displayed leadership very well.

The customer service was exactly my salesperson was awesome she had all the answers and help me get exactly what I needed
