The associate that helped me was very patient and helpful. I was looking to make two totally different bracelets for two young girls and had a theme that I wanted to follow.

Michelle, my salesperson at the Lynnhaven store was very knowledgeable and definitely made sure I was comfortable. She sprayed down everything before getting started. Because of her, I will return.

The Pandora in Lynnhaven mall was very clean and it was easy to find thing that you liked. The employees were very helpful. They helped me find a present for my mother and I really love how they treat you. This store is a 10 out 10 I would recommend this store to anyone that is trying to find a Pandora.

Mando is always nice and pleasant when I come to the store. Overall the staff is the store is great to work with. It’s a small store, so with the pandemic and sale on Friday’s this month it was a decent wait. The staff still came out to inquire what people had in mind for a purchase and created a waiting list. Ms. Carmella was very helpful I didn’t quite know exactly what I wanted but Ms.Carmella help me carefully found the right item for my sister I’m actually going back Friday to purchase another item for my fiancé you should give her bonus just based upon her customer service because she made me feel very comfortable in making my purchase and not to mention I’m in sales so I know exactly when an Associate is being to pushing great job 👏🏾

Tara the manager at the lynnhaven store in VA BCH was very helpful. She took time not only on the phone when I called but also when I got to the store. She gave me a tutorial about the bracelets and showed me different ways to keep my charms from not falling off. She was just so nice and helpful. I will be back to purchase more charms from that Pandora.
