Ismely our sales associate was wonderful! She was very personable and knowledgeable! For my first time visiting a Pandora location especially during this current pandemic I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and that was primarily due to the service Ismely provided!

My associate Fabi was Awesome. She had great knowledge of the product and services. She is very friendly and smiled and kept me smiling throughout the process. I will be returning because of Fabi and will be requesting her to help me again. She has great people skills and gives great customer service.

I was satisfied. We are in the middle of the carona virus. The way customer's were handled was done very nicely.

The salesperson Armando is very patience with us since im jst new to pandora collection due to my sisters requests to get pandora :) we got a lot of stuff since theres a promo too...

Awesome salesman

I was highly satisfied with this visit because the staff are ALWAYS AMAZING when I come in there and visit. If I come in there to just browse I always end up purchasing a charm or multiple items even if I didn’t intend to. I say that the sales associates here always make you feel like you’re at home and remember who you are as a customer. I started out with just one bracelet and maybe 4 charms now I have 3 bracelets almost completed. I’m excited and happy that I took a leap of faith. I can’t wait to see what my collection turns out in a few years. I love Lynnhaven Mall associates (Carmella, Tara and Hannah).
