Pandora Jewelry

The sales associates at Pandora are always willing to help. My wife loves the jewelry and I love surprising her. Associates make it their mission to make us both happy.

I was satisfied with the customer service during this pandemic. I was unsure how my experience was going to be or if they would be able to help. All in all I got exactly what I wanted and more.

Annette was fantastic and always is! I only visit this store because of her customer service. Also the store is neat and tidy always.

The service was excellent. I was greeted immediately. The staff was very knowledgeable and I found exactly what I was looking for.

Due to COVID 19 curbside pick up was an option. They were very nice and speedy in my order it was ready less then 10 min . Outstanding service !!!!

The sales associate was above and beyond nice . Her knowledge was incredible. When a bracelet wasn’t in stock , she ordered it for me shipped to house ( I didn’t know I could do that )

The sales associate was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She’s also an excellent sales person. We went in to inquire about replacing a defective charm and walked out spending almost $200. This associate is a true asset to your company.

I went to a Pandora store in Lynnhaven Mall in Virginia Beach and the lady Carmella B helped me out a lot with creating my first pandora bracelet. She was very friendly and very helpful. If I could go back I would definitely go back just for her!
