I was greeted from the moment I stepped foot in the store. I was assisted throughout my time in the store. I was taken care of and even apologized to because of not finding what I initially came into the store for.

I was highly satisfied because Carmella made sure that I left the store satisfied even though what I was looking for was not in the store at the moment. I came into the store looking to purchase the moon and star safety chain for one of my bracelets and it was not in the store she offered to order it for me. In the mean time she had also recommended I purchase some clips and spacers for my bracelets which I did.

I am always satisfied when I come in to look I always get my bracelet cleaned without me asking and the staff is very helpful

I was greeted immediately with a professional staff whose knowledge far exceeds my expectations. I was quickly out of the store with my purchase to take care of my next task.

The sales team knows what my style is and what it is that I am looking for. They always take the time to listen to me and what it is that I am wanting to have n my bracelets. It is very relaxing when I go into the store.
