This is a great store, the staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. However, this store needs more support from the corporate level getting new merchandise to the store in a more timely manner. Previous visits to this store have not been as glowing because the store did not receive new Disney product when other store did.

Went to find new charms for my girlfriend's bracelets and they helped me pick out two cute designs. I describe what my girlfriend likes and even though some of them were no longer being produced they help me find something similar to what I was looking for. I'm very happy will what I choose and I hope she is as.

it was the day before valentines day which I thought it was going to be very busy which it was, but the first thing i was impressed was that the store was well staffed, so it didn't seem busy. All the staff was in a upbeat and very friendly mood. my sales person went the extra mile to help me,i asked for a ruler to make sure the necklace was what the book said because it didn't look like it. she went in the back and found one, it ease my mind, so I was happy.

Customer Service was Excellent, and the Sales people were incredible. They Sung with us, took pictures and just gave nothing but Warm Welcomes the whole time my Sister and I were there. Need those same group of people in all your Pandora Stores!!

The staff at this store is always very friendly and professional. When an item isn't readily available they offer to order for me so I have no shipping fees. This is something I wasn't aware of but will remember.
